It was a typical villa in Erbil , with the interior design project it becomes to a unique and provides all the requirements of the Client.
In main entrance, reception, family room & dining areas are designed as one big open plan and decorated with wall frames. In the reception room the tv wall combined with a fire place and wall cupboards, shelves. Also there is hot kitchen and a guest suite bedroom are planned in ground floor.
In first floor there is three suite bedrooms and a big master bedroom with its own walk-in closet, bath and front view balcony.
Except the wet areas all the floors are planned as wood parquet, In wet areas all the sanitary is selected from vitra and designed unique design mirrors.
In this project Creative Design & Construction is responsible of interior design & application drawings with all disciplines ( architectural, mechanical, electrical ) and all Implementation works as turn key
