With variety of flat types there is 2040 flats in total.
In commercial part there is hypermarkets, shops, 3 restaurants, 2 cafeteria, 1 sport center and a lot of public lanscape areas.
In this project Creative Design & Construction was responsible for concept master planning, preliminary architectural floor plans and 3D visualizations.
