8 curved shape 15 floor residence buildings are placed on a 83.543 sqm land area and a big mall complex on the center of it proposed for Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Duhok and Baghdad. This 8 tower contains 6 flats on every floor. 720 housing unit is variable on planning changes the area of 150 sqm to 200 sqm.
On the two corners of the land football and basketball fields, on the center of left and right sides there are pool and playground area for kids. With natural stone walkways you can reach lots of wooden covered sitting places and have fun with your friends and family.
