These 8 circular shape towers are around internal social area. Very big lake is located in the center refers to Bosporus with 2 pedestrian bridges.
There are 3 types of 15 story apartments. 2 small type apartment contains 4 housing unit each floor, units are 175sqm. 2 medium type apartment each floor 4 unit with area of 200 sqm. 4 big type is also 4 flat each floor and area of 250 sqm. Total towers construction area reaches 117.000 sqm. Addition to this, project has very big landscape containing indoor and outdoor swimming pool, fitness saloon, spa center, shops and sport fields.
In this project Creative Design & Construction was responsible for concept designs of the project, master planning and also 3D visualization.
