Located in south side of Dream city, this private villa is the White house of Erbil. Villa contains 6 suite bedrooms, 2 big receptions, indoor swimming pool and fitness saloon, Turkish bath, kids' playground, several storage rooms, servant room and a shelter for 4 people. Entrance hall followed by staircase hall, which is the hearth and center of the house, has 2 floor height .This hall is not only horizontal but also vertical circulation center.
Client asked for a very big reception room where guests are going to be entertained. It is 137 sqm with the distance of 13.6 x 10.1 without any columns. Like all the other slabs in the house this area is covered by coffered slab filled with Styrofoam. 2380 sqm land area with over than 2800 sqm construction area, this villa has started construction at September 2011.
In this project Creative Design & Construction was responsible for all disciplines of application projects such as architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical application projects and also exterior, interior and landscape designs, addition to this structural construction control.
