Total 7floors and on the roof there is 2 floor penthouse planned with 3676sqm total construction area.
In this project Creative Design & Construction is responsible of exterior facade, interior design & application drawings with all disciplines ( architectural, structural,mechanical, electrical ) and 3D visualization.
