Shattrath is the city which is located north part of Al Nasiriyah. Over than 600000 people lives and need special hospital for maternity and pediatric. 100 bed capacity plus 30 emergency and ICU beds totally 130 bed maternity and pediatric hospital will rise in the middle of Shattrath in near future.
Shattrath Hospital also for out patients and contains 4 operation rooms and 5 delivery rooms. Hospital has radiology service such as CT MRI , X-ray , Emergency and Laboratories.
Due to population rising hospitals needs to be extend in the future. This 12000 sqm hospital can increase 10000 qsm more in the future with 80 beds and it will become 22000 sqm with 210 beds.
In this project Creative Design & Construction was responsible for all disciplines of application projects such as architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical project, BOQ and 3D visualizations.
