It is a mansion project with a total construction area of 3360m2, including the basement, ground and first floor, located on the junction of 3 parcels in a site of 668 villas in Erbil.
The middle entrance area of this building, which we designed to have a great majesty and strength on its exterior, is in the form of an arch that continues up to the roof. The entire façade is classical and equipped with precast moldings and decor elements that will bring the show to the fore.

On the ground floor, the main entrance, reception hall, guest room, office, living area, kitchen and sunken glass-tiled living area,
On the 1st floor, 6 bedrooms, all with bathrooms, family living rooms, a cinema and a kitchen are designed.
In this project, Creative Design & Construction is responsible for all disciplines (architectural, mechanical, electrical) interior design & application drawings and all Application works on a turnkey basis.
