On a 75.000 sqm land area, 20.000 sqm construction market including 2000 sqm trade house and 2100 sqm greenhouse and 17.000 sqm warehouse are placed. Main entrance and front side designed as silicon glass facade with aluminum sun blinds. Warehouse is cladded with sandwich panels and lightened by polycarbonate skylights on the roof.
There is a 500 sqm cafe and 100 sqm playground on the front left side, 420 sqm car washing area is designed. On the front there is 10.000 sqm big open car parking area designed for coming customers.
