Second zone is residential zone which has 12 apartments total construction area reaches 68.000 sqm. Two types of apartments are variable 8-10 floors with the total number of 448 units constructed by tunnel formwork construction technique. These apartment blocks circular order and surrounded by ring road to make non traffic internal space. Internal garden is for social areas and water features. There is 6160 sqm underground garage for 219 cars is located below this internal garden.
