In this project 3000 sqm commerical area, 50.000 sqm residental and 18.000 sqm basement parking space planned. Almost all flats are looking to see and very big landscape area is planned for residental users. Also there is social field area and open swimming pool. Total 308 flats from 1+1 to duplex 4+1 type.
In this project Creative Design & Construction was responsible for concept master planning, preliminary architectural floor plans and 3D visualizations.
