This 636.000 sqm land area project consist 3 separated lands. 288.000 sqm land contains high rise 32 and 42 floor two towers with the total area of 106.800 sqm and 18 floor 38 apartments with the total area of 550.800 sqm.
The other 178.000 sqm and 171.000 sqm land area is planned for villas. There are 3 types of villas located to these lands with the areas of 600 sqm, 350 sqm and 250 sqm. Total number of villa is 385 with total area of 146.000 sqm.
With commercial, educational and religious buildings, total construction area reaches 813.000 sqm
