Luxury Welness Centre is planned under the Park View Residental Complex with swimming pool, steam & sauna rooms, fitness center, multifunction sport room and cross-fit room.
Total Construction Area: 2.210sqm and from entrance hall to lockers first quality and modern style materials are used in the project.
In 20m x 8.75m swimming pool 2.5x2.5cm mosaic ceramic tiles, in sauna Abachi Ayaus wood and in steam room Acrylic material is used. Pool columns and beam foreheads cladded with white acrylic, under sunbeds iroko wooden deck is used to give warm atmosphere. Inside pool area two jacuzzis and a smoking room area is planned.
On the pool ceiling galaxy picture printed pvc tension lake is used with fiber optic lighting. In crossfit and multifunction room ceiling lineer lights, in halls and entrance ceilling decorative gypsumboard design with hidden lights is used.

In First Floor : Fitness Room, Vip Fitness room, Multifunction sport room, Cross-fit room, lockers,showers,wc is planned.
In this project Creative Design & Construction is responsible of all concept interior design & application drawings with all disciplines ( architectural, mechanical, electrical ) and all implementation works as turn key.
